Preview: anthropo-phagy
An essential facet of autophagy involves degrading subcellular structures to yield building blocks or fuel for the cell. In this teaser of a work in progress, I’m using human forms to better represent this feature of the autophagy process. This artistic link across scales aims to involve the spectator with autophagy in a more active way.
